Services Overview

First and foremost:  We are not auditors.

We will perform an assessment of your supply chain operations and business software technologies - in whole or in part - to determine where gaps exist and fraud can occur.

We will work together with you to analyze the frauds by characteristic to determine which ones should be resolved first, second, third, etc.

We will document our findings, concerns, and recommendations.

We will help implement business procedures and technologies to close these gaps and bring integrity into your business processes and software applications.  This includes fully training your employees such that they become the owners of the solutions that are implemented so there is continuity, and independence, after our assignment is completed.

We will help you present our findings to your audit team for review, discussion, and resolution.

We cannot - and will not - ever tell you that your environment is fraud-free.  People will always find a way to commit fraud.  But we will work with you to the fullest extent possible - using the insights and creativity we are well-known for - to best detect and reduce incidences of fraud.

And most importantly, we will never accept an assignment that we do not feel confident we can successfully complete.

We have an outstanding history of delivering on target solutions that have saved our clients 10's of 1000's of dollars and delivered better-than-expected functionality.
